Will my order arrive by a specific date?
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary for remote areas or certain international locations.

When will my order be shipped?
Items that are in stock will usually be shipped within 1–4 business days after your order is placed.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to Australia, the US, Europe, and selected countries in Asia. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs processes.

How long will my order take to arrive?

• Domestic orders (within Australia): typically 5–10 business days after shipping.

• International orders: usually 6–14 business days, though remote locations may take up to 20–30 business days.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel or update your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we may not be able to make changes.

What is your return/refund policy?
We only accept refunds if:

• Your item arrives damaged, or

• You received the wrong product.

If this happens, email us at support@stargazingau.com and we’ll make the refund process as simple as possible.

Important: Make sure you select the correct size when ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing. Final sale items are non-returnable. Check our Terms of Service for full details.
